TERMS OF SERVICE

I always take payment upfront for any piece unless negotiated otherwise beforehand

I only use PayPal, cashapp and meta pay for payment.

I do provide payment plans for pieces $40+ which can be negotiated in direct messages.

My turn around time for individual pieces varies. this is due to piece complexity, requested alterations, the length of my queue, and my responsibilities with my job and child.

generally my turn around rate is loosely 14 days for more basic pieces, give or take, however larger illustrations will have a longer wait time of up to 30 days or more.

I do not provide refunds after I start the shading phase of the piece.

I DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS ONCE I START THE PAINTINg process on a piece

I will provide a %100 refund during the sketching phase of the piece.

I will provide a %50 refund during the line art phase of the piece

I will provide a %25 refund during the coloring portion of the piece

if you receive a physical item, please request a refund within 3 weeks of delivery.

I will autonomously provide work in progress updates for different steps in my process (i.e. sketch, line, color, shade & highlights.)

I will not however, provide updates EVERY day. if you want to passively keep tabs on your place in my order queue, or see updates on smaller details during individual phases of the piece, you can locate the "Queue" button on the home page

I DO NOT WORK ON COMMISSIONS FRIDAY-SUNDAY.
